Children aged 15 years and under
Commonwealth Concession Card holders
Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander patients
DVA Gold Card Holders (& White Card Holders for entitled conditions)PRIVATELY CHARGED FOR ALL SATURDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS ALSO INCLUDES ALL CHRONIC PAIN MANAGEMENT
If you fail to attend your appointment OR if you cancel within TWO hours there will be a fee of $50
